In CRM -> Activity Dashboard click the “Extra filter” button at the top right of the window. Here, you can specify the user whose orders you want to see. If no user is specified, all orders will be displayed if you are an order manager.

Yes, click the activity to process in the category column. The category should be blue underlined. A new window will appear allowing you to process the activity.
